Buyer Reviews : This battery is very long lasting, however, if you are going to be doing flash photography, it will exhaust the battery sooner, so that if you are going to take more than 60 or so flash pictures, I would get a spare battery, which I am doing today. Outstanding camera, and rechargeable battery is great. I have taken 14,000 pictures with my camera so far, which is a whole lot of battery recharges, and my battery is still going strong.
